OPRA-D2-NX

Description

The OPRA-D2-NX is a PIN-Preamplifier optical receiver module with ultra low noise utilizing advanced InGaAs PIN photodiode and a transimpedance amplifier with AGC for operation at 1310nm and 1550nm wavelength. The AGC allows large dynamic range. They can be used for various optical fiber receiver operating up to 2.5Gb/s.
