Description

The OPE15D-DXX-XX Module is a pigtailed SLMQW DFB laser diode designer for high-speed fiber optic transmission. Temperature is stabilized by a thermoelectric cooler and a thermistor. Optical power is monitored by a low dark current InGaAs PIN photodiode. High stability and reliability are guaranteed by a fully controlled process.

Used in optical repeater, telecommunication and data communication systems, from medium to high-speed for intra-office, intermediate-reach and long reach applications, and also used in optical instrument as light source.
